Supporting agencies to maximise available opportunities
We recognise the unique challenges that the NHS faces in sourcing and managing the contingent workforce. It is impossible to run a health system subject to demands that fluctuate unpredictably from day-to-day and hour-to-hour without being able to draw from a pool of temporary workforce at short notice.
The NHS family recognises that recruitment agencies do perform an imperative role by helping align the temporary workforce with demand to ensure safer staffing levels at Trusts can be met.
NHSP’s aim is to work collaboratively with agencies, engaging with them to provide support and enabling them to utilise NHSP booking platforms. In addition to this, we aim to maximise opportunities and agency shift fill rates to benefit our client Trusts, whilst delivering to the high standards of patient care.
