Clinical Supervision Supervisor Training
Course Overview:
Evidence demonstrates that staff who receive clinical supervision feel supported, experience less stress and are less likely to leave the profession (Davenport 2013). This 2 day course will equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to provide clinical supervision within the workplace.

- Legal aspects, including confidentiality, record keeping and accountability
- Developing into the role of supervisor – practice sessions

- Group supervision and managing the group dynamic
